Many clients require an audit either for statutory purposes or because of other factors - for example banks and/or other stakeholders may require an audited set of financial statements. Carbon Accountancy also has specialists in Solicitors' Client Accounts audits for the purposes of reporting to the Law Society.
We recognise that this is a necessary regulatory function for solicitors and try to ensure a minimum of disruption to the practice and its fee earning staff during our work. In addition, we are happy to assist in making recommendations on how to further improve the client account administration in order to ensure that our clients are confident that they are operating within the Law Society rules at all times.
Like all our other services, we operate on a fully fixed fee basis.
